John Murphy
President
A local business owner on the Sunshine Coast for 22 years, John is trained and experienced in business management, project design and planning. He has directed numerous camps and activities for school aged kids, and is passionate about seeing kids achieve their very best.

Paul Lowik
Policy Development Committee
As the current Principal of Woombye State School, and with in excess of 37 years serving as Principal in schools throughout Queensland, Paul loves seeing young people succeed.
As Paul brings the perspective of the Education Department to the team, we work with him to ensure our policies and programs complement its framework and vision.

Maneena Roberts
Programs Development Committee
Maneena holds a BA, and Diplomas in Youth Work and Creative Arts Therapy and has an abundance of experience encouraging young people to live from their hearts. Maneena is currently engaged as a Chaplain at Pacific Paradise State School providing practical tools and support to children and their families.

Kelly Murphy
Programs Coordinator
As a Chaplain and Youth Support Coordinator at Nambour State College, Kelly holds a Diploma of Youth Work and works with children, their families, and support networks to ensure that children feel safe and secure, and stay engaged with their education and their relationships with others.

Rob Wolsley
Programs Delivery
Rob has years of experience in instilling values through action-based learning programs, and facilitating training in program delivery. Rob continues to achieve great results, and receive excellent testimonials from Principals and parents of participating children.

Dr Renée Bazley
Consulting Psychologist
A registered psychologist with a Masters of Clinical Psychology and Clinical PhD, Renée's involvement in mental health includes investigative work with Orygen - the National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, as well as developmental assignments pioneering an online intervention assisting parents to manage adolescent alcohol abuse. Renée currently works with Flourish Psychology, a private practice on the Sunshine Coast.

Madison Bothe
Facilitation
Madi is passionate about "finding the gold" in our young people. As a qualified outdoor recreation instructor with experience in leading groups of all ages, a Certificate 4 in Youth Work, and experience including directing camps and teams, Madi excels in delivery of our programs enabling our young people to reach their potential.

Chris Mitchell
Facilitation
Chris has a wealth of experience in team development and drawing the best out of people. Chris's qualifications include a Post Grad. Diploma in Sport Science (Coaching), and Diploma of Outdoor Recreation, so he is well equipped to help our young people grow in their values, to recognise the best in themselves and in those around them.

Paul has years of experience working with youth of all ages. He is currently involved in youth leadership as well as direction and leadership of 3 annual camps for our local young people. Paul holds a Diploma of Youth Work and is well connected with families and support staff in our local schools.

Nicole Ker
Facilitation
Nicole holds a Certificate 4 in Youth Work and is passionate about empowering our youth to explore their natural abilities to unleash their highest potential. Nicole has extensive experience leading on surfing and adventure camps and in youth support, and loves to encourage our young people to dream big.

Tahlia Pesu
Facilitation
Tahlia believes that all our young people deserve the chance to live from their hearts. Tahlia holds a Bachelor of Education, has years of experience instilling encouragement and value into our young people empowering them to believe in themselves.
